About

About Our Firm

At Davis Madden & Associates, P.C. we understand it can be a very scary and unsettling time when you, or someone you love, is charged with a crime. Often times that anxiety is only intensified when you are unfamiliar with the criminal justice system. The lawyers at our firm are committed to not only fighting your charges, but helping you navigate the legal process by always keeping the lines of communication open.
We maintain high levels of accessibility and typically respond to calls, emails, and text messages within 24 hours, if not sooner. You can rest assured that our lawyers and support staff work tirelessly to make sure you or your loved one stays apprised of the case status. Our goal is to work in a collaborative effort with all of our clients to make sure any decision made about their case is both informed and educated.

Our Mission

We have a saying at our firm, which is “Your Guilt or Innocence is Irrelevant in the Criminal Justice System”. Unfortunately there are innocent people in prison right now (and for a number of reasons), there are also defendants who are technically guilty of a crime for which they have been accused that may go free. The job of your attorney is to protect your constitutional rights and fight for the best possible outcome irrespective of your guilt or innocence. Although all criminal defendants have a presumption of innocence, the resolution of so many cases comes down to the skill and experience of your lawyer, coupled with what the prosecutor can prove. All attorneys are NOT created equal, and it is important to have an experienced advocate on your side at all stages of the criminal justice process.
